The delete_articles plugin deletes articles based on an entry in a custom field. There is a built in positive control feature that requires an extra step to delete articles using a link on the content screen.
This plugin is untested and does have the capacity to delete article content.
Without further testing it may also delete your house car and kids, use it at your own risk.
